With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, branch traffic has slowed while many people transition to online banking for their needs. KeyBankâs financial advisors can help clients plan ahead, manage their wealth, and invest wisely.
Role
I was a UX Designer at KeyBank, in their Design Studio working in multiple squads dedicated to a core KeyBank experience.
I started working in Wealth Management, with a Design Lead, two developers, and a product owner.
