A $1.4 million feature-length interactive anti-tobacco game for the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, launching to over 200,000 students. I served as Head of Product & Engineering, Creative Director, UX designer, writer, and producer.
The scope was massive: 140 milestones over a year, 80+ team members, 300+ features, 12 hours of animated educational content, 3 hours of narrative content, a custom branching-narrative gamified front-end, and a full original soundtrack. Since launch, approximately 150,000 students from 800+ schools in 47 states have enrolled. This project marked my full transition from filmmaker to product leader.
